Our Technology Services

AI Agent Development

We build agents when they solve real problems, not because AI is trendy. Computer vision or multi-modal LLM-based approaches, chosen for fit, not hype. We use agentic introspection and interpretation to evaluate agents on performance, efficiency, and output consistency. We integrate with what you have and deliver solutions that work in production.

AI Governance and Cost Management Assessments

We've seen what happens when AI is deployed without governance. Our assessments evaluate spend, usage, and risk, helping you optimize before costs spiral and align initiatives with actual business outcomes.

Cybersecurity Assessments

Comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen your digital infrastructure. We help protect your systems, data, and AI deployments, without the fear-mongering.

Agent Development Approaches

We choose the right tool for the job, not the most hyped one. Computer vision when the problem is visual and well-defined; LLM-based agentic when it requires reasoning and flexibility. We support both, and we combine them when your use case demands it.

Computer Vision

Specialized models for visual understanding: inspection, detection, classification, and quality control. Optimized for speed, determinism, and edge deployment, and suited to structured visual workflows, monitoring, and safety applications.

Multi-Modal LLM-Based Agentic

Systems that combine language, vision, and reasoning to plan, execute multi-step workflows, and adapt to varied inputs. Best for complex decision-making, natural language interaction, and flexible automation that requires contextual understanding.

Agentic Introspection & Interpretation

We evaluate agents through structured introspection and interpretation, examining how they reason, where they fail, and how their outputs distribute. Our assessments focus on three key metrics:

Performance

Does the agent achieve the intended outcomes? We measure task completion, accuracy, and reliability across representative inputs.

Efficiency

How much compute, latency, and cost does it take to get there? We identify waste and optimize for practical deployment.

Output Consistency

Whether the agent behaves reliably across inputs, or systematically favors certain patterns and errs in predictable ways. We surface these tendencies so you can correct or account for them.

How Engagements Are Shaped

Most of this work arrives as one of three shapes. Knowing which one you are asking about makes the first conversation shorter.

Assessment

Fixed scope, fixed fee, weeks not months

A bounded look at one question: what your AI spend is actually buying, where a system is exposed, or whether a proposed build is worth doing. Produces a written findings document with prioritized recommendations and the evidence behind each.

Build

Scoped per project, milestone-based

Agent or computer vision development through to something running in production, including the evaluation harness that tells you whether it still works next quarter. Scoped after a short discovery rather than off a wish list.

Retainer

Monthly, capped hours

Ongoing governance, review, and advisory for a team already shipping. Suits organizations that need a second opinion on architecture and risk more often than they need a project.

Why Work With Us

We'll Tell You When You Don't Need AI

If a simpler solution works, we'll say so. No overselling. No buzzword bingo. We're here to solve problems, not to push technology for its own sake.

ROI Over Hype

Every recommendation ties back to measurable impact. We focus on what delivers value, and we're honest about what doesn't.

Governance Before Scale

We help you get cost and risk under control before scaling. Structured assessments, clear recommendations, no surprises.

Built for the Real World

We come from physical infrastructure. We understand deployment, reliability, and what it takes to make systems work when it matters.

Who Is Doing the Work

This practice is led by our CTO, who spent over a decade in governance, risk, and compliance advisory for Fortune 100 clients at Ernst & Young and RSM US LLP, holds CISSP and CISA certifications, and is co-author of Practical AI for Professionals (CRC Press, August 2026).

The same person built the computer vision and 3D reconstruction work behind WaveForm, which won the DOE and NREL American-Made Challenge Grand Prize. We assess AI systems and we ship them, which is why our advice about when not to build one is worth something.

Questions We Get

What does an assessment cost?
It depends on how many systems and how many stakeholders are in scope, which we establish in a short call before quoting. An assessment is a fixed fee once scoped, not time and materials, so the number you agree is the number you pay.
Will you tell us not to build something?
Regularly. If a scheduled job, a rules engine, or better instrumentation solves the problem, that is the recommendation, and it is cheaper for you and shorter for us. We would rather be the firm you call again.
Do you work with our existing stack?
Yes. Replacing a working system is a cost, not a deliverable. We integrate with what you have unless there is a specific reason not to, and we will make that reason explicit if there is one.
How do you evaluate whether an agent is actually working?
Against three things: whether it achieves the intended outcome across representative inputs, what it costs in compute and latency to get there, and whether it behaves consistently or fails in patterns. That evaluation is part of the build, not an extra.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Deliverables, code, and documentation transfer to you. We do not retain a licence on work you paid us to produce.
