What this policy covers

This policy describes what Polaris EcoSystems does with information you give us through www.polariseco.com. It does not cover information you give us under a signed contract, which is governed by that contract.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

• Information you submit. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, organization, the type of project you are asking about, how you heard about us, and your message. Every field except name, email, and message is optional.
• Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit. It sets cookies and records information such as your approximate location, browser, and the pages you view. We use Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form to block automated submissions, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss and deliver work. We use analytics data to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are delivered by email through Amazon Simple Email Service and stored in our business email. We share information with service providers only to the extent they need it to operate the site, and with law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as the business relationship or a plausible future one exists, and for as long as any applicable record retention obligation requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@polariseco.com and we will respond. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
