At Polaris EcoSystems, we are committed to delivering projects that solve real problems, efficiently. Through cross-sector collaboration, we pull from leading industry and academic expertise in construction, professional services, and product development with a broad range of stakeholders including tribal nations, municipalities, and for-profit and non-profit entities in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Meet Our Leadership

Saxon Metzger

Chief Executive Officer

Professor Metzger brings more than a decade of experience delivering capital intensive projects on time and on budget. Recognized as a Tribal Energy Innovator, MIT Solver, and ACORE Accelerator 2026 Cohort, his background leading Project Development and Project Management teams from California to North Carolina is paired with his role teaching economics and business at NYU and Wilmington University. As the Founding Chair of the Energy Institute's US Global Community, his work on energy economics has been recognized in the US, UK, and Canada.

Wesley Ladd

Chief Technology Officer

Wes Ladd brings over a decade of experience in governance, risk, and compliance for Fortune 500 clients across financial services, energy, and healthcare. His background includes advisory roles at Ernst & Young and RSM US LLP, paired with his role teaching Internal Auditing and Cybersecurity Risk Management at LSU's E.J. Ourso College of Business. A regular presenter for organizations including IIA, ISACA, PMI, and the MLOps Community, he holds CISSP and CISA certifications and is co-author of Practical AI for Professionals (CRC Press, August 2026).
