Our commitment

We want this site to be usable by everyone evaluating us, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion settings. Much of our work is for public sector and tribal clients, so this matters to us as a supplier as well as a publisher.

The standard we work to

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We have not commissioned an independent audit against that standard, so we describe this as our target rather than as certified conformance. If a procurement process needs a documented accessibility conformance report, contact us and we will tell you what we can supply and on what timeline.

What we have done

  • Every page has a single descriptive top level heading.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Animated headings render their full text for screen readers and search engines, and animation is suppressed when a visitor has asked for reduced motion.
  • Interactive controls are real links and buttons, reachable by keyboard.

Known limitations

The scheduling window embedded on some pages is a third party Google Calendar booking page, and its accessibility is outside our control. If it does not work for you, email or call us and we will book the time for you.

Report a barrier

If something on this site blocks you, tell us what page and what happened at contact@polariseco.com or (618) 434-5684. We will acknowledge within two business days and give you the information another way while we fix it.
